Appointment Booking Deposit

All deposits are Non-refundable/ Non Transferable. Canceled appointments will require a new deposit if you wish to rebook for a later date. NO EXCEPTIONS 

Due to COVID-19 and safety issues, all Items purchased are Non-Refunable and can not be exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
